“It is not our asset’s comfort that must be assured — it is your liability.” — Halcyon Deployment Risk Officer

▒ REQUIRED INFRASTRUCTURE

1. Containment & Quiescence

  • Clients must provide a clear, level staging area of minimum 12 × 12 meters with vehicle access, rated for high-load mobile shelter placement

  • Area must include:

    • Access to potable water feed (pressurized or gravity-supported)
    • Three-phase electrical connection (400V, 32A minimum)
    • Greywater drainage and sealed waste collection (separate from civilian systems)
    • Ground bonding for electrical grounding and EM shielding compliance

Note: This facility arrives fully enclosed in four standard ISO containers, which are preconfigured for rapid assembly. The containers are designed to be integrated into a mobile containment suite, enabling secure transport and rapid deployment.

Assembly requires approximately 6–8 hours by Halcyon-certified deployment team or client-trained equivalents.

All containment systems are internal to the delivered structure. No permanent construction is required beyond site prep and utility linkage. The containment suite is designed for short-term emplacement. Typical deployment window does not exceed 45 operational days without Halcyon reassessment.

2. Behavioral Compliance Provision

  • Subject will comply with immobilization commands issued by Tier-1 handlers, regardless of discomfort
  • Obedience is enforced through governor-mediated reinforcement loops
  • Physical anchoring must be available for invasive procedures; failsafe deployment is reserved for command hierarchy disruption or reflexive noncompliance

3. Power & Environmental Control

  • Minimum 3 phase, 400 V dedicated power feed (idle + medical override)
  • Emergency blackout-safe power switchgear
  • Internal environment must support torpor and recovery phase conditions

4. Recovery Immersion System (provided by Halcyon)

  • 1× Class-S Recovery Cradle (Container Frame B)
  • 1× 120L sealed biomass reservoir (Type C-EX-343 blood analog)
  • Halcyon-patented Immersion Suspension Interface (ISI) relay dock

Note: Subject is not compatible with standard medical beds or biopod restraints. Direct human medical intervention is not authorized without override clearance.

5. Fluid & Waste Logistics

  • Separate storage for blood analog (2× 20L surplus)
  • On-site reclamation tank for contaminated suspension fluid
  • Dedicated isolation drainage channel — non-reusable

6. Secure Transport Access

  • Deployment site must include a hard-surface egress path capable of ISO container movement to and from vertical or ground-based transport platforms
  • Clearance for 20-foot ISO container maneuvering (minimum 2.6 m width, 2.6 m height) must be maintained across all transfer points
  • Emergency exfil capability must support ISO-frame retrieval by C-130-class aircraft or heavier, or equivalent rotor-lift system rated for 2,500 kg payload

▒ TRANSPORT OPTIONS

Chimera is transported exclusively in the following authorized configuration:

░ ISO-Format Containment Cradle (Standard Deployment Crate)

  • Dimensions: 5.9 m (L) × 2.35 m (W) × 2.39 m (H)

  • Footprint conforms to modified ISO 20-foot container format

  • Internal posture: curled or low-profile crouch with tail coiled; subject enters low-metabolism torpor

  • Equipped with:

    • Self-contained climate regulation
    • EM shielding and impact buffering
    • Integrated coolant lines for metabolic stasis
    • Embedded TSN-series uplink node
    • Automated internal telemetry capture, motion logging, and cognitive drift flagging. Surveillance is constant. Observation is not optional.

This configuration enables:

  • Secure, air-gapped bioform transport compliant with Halcyon deployment doctrine
  • Rapid container-based offload and integration with forward base infrastructure
  • Concealed movement through intermodal supply chains, enabling asset deployment without advance disclosure
  • Rapid deployment with minimal infrastructure footprint

Note: While the standard ISO-frame allows for airlift via C-130-class aircraft and larger, logistical operators are advised to confirm cargo hold clearance and torque-rated tie-downs. Unit must not be shipped alongside unshielded personnel or unsecured ammunition.

▒ PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Staffing

  • 1x Tier-1 Certified Handler (LAPA-certified)
  • 2x Containment Technicians (trained in Recovery Frame operation)
  • 1x On-site Systems Liaison (for Halcyon remote sync coordination)

Behavioral Protocol Familiarity

All staff with access to containment zone must complete:

  • ARC-03: Dehumanization Compliance Training
  • ARC-07: Bioform Emergency Reflex Recognition
  • BSE-02: Metabolic Volatility and Overdrive Containment

▒ CLIENT-SIDE PREPARATION

Before arrival, client site must:

  • Clear and level a 12 × 12 m staging area with access for ISO container offload and assembly of mobile containment suite
  • Complete air filtration system compatibility survey
  • Ensure all personnel briefings and handler certifications are validated and logged
  • Isolate 150 m² secure zone around containment berth for exclusive asset operations
  • Provide utility linkage for power, water, and drainage as specified above

Note: Chimera cannot be accommodated in regular bioform facilities. While cooperation with other bioforms is part of XH-1’s design, it requires aforementioned specialized infrastructure because of its unique makeup.

To confirm compliance with these requirements, please contact the Halcyon Deployment Assurance Group at arc-ops@halcyon-biostructures.com.
